Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy, is a health care profession dedicated to the assessment, maintenance, and restoration of the physical function and performance of the body. We are a first contact profession so you DO NOT require a referral from you doctor to access our services. Physiotherapy is a distinct form of care which can be performed either in isolation or in combination with other types of medical management. Used in conjunction with certain medical or surgical techniques, physiotherapy can complement these modalities to help provide a speedy and complication-free return to normal activity.
